Our Super Intelligent Center in AI Cloud

A dedicated AI cloud centre for the institutions we serve — bringing artificial intelligence into teaching, administration and decision-making inside a secure, governed environment. Its infrastructure is now under way in two data centres: one in Europe, one in the United Arab Emirates.

Joint venture Built and owned together with Xone Group, our European and United Kingdom arm, so the centre is engineered to European data and governance expectations from the first line of its design.

Currently in build

The infrastructure

Region one

Europe

Serving our European and United Kingdom institutions, built with Xone Group to European data and governance expectations.

Region two

United Arab Emirates

Serving the Gulf, the wider Middle East and Africa, so regional institutions keep their workloads close to home.

99.99%

Availability standard

The standard the centre is engineered to, covering live applications and the support systems behind them, across both regions.

The SI Agent

Our investment is in the agent itself — one intelligence that follows a system through its whole life instead of four disconnected tools. It extends to the IP and systems layer, where it watches the network and the platforms underneath the applications, not only the applications on top.

  1. Build

Provisions and configures environments from a known-good pattern, so what goes live matches what was designed.

  2. Monitor

Watches applications, systems and network continuously and detects a fault forming rather than reporting one that has landed.

  3. Support

Acts on what it finds — remediating routine faults automatically and handing engineers the context when a human is needed.

  4. Deliver

Holds the service to its availability standard and reports against it, so uptime is evidenced rather than asserted.

What it changes, department by department

  • For teachers  AI-assisted lesson preparation, differentiated learning paths and time given back to teaching.
  • For students  Personalised, adaptive content that builds critical thinking and future-ready digital skills.
  • For administration  Automation, reporting and data-driven decisions across scheduling, resources and budgets.

How it connects to what you already run

Governed by design

Institutional data stays inside the institution’s own cloud tenancy and its own governance rules. The centre adds intelligence to the environment you already own rather than taking custody of it.

On the identity layer you already run

Access follows the identity, device and network policy we already operate for you — Microsoft 365 or Google accounts, MDM enrolment, campus firewall rules. No second directory of users to maintain.

Inside existing workflows

Delivered into the tools staff already open each morning, not as another portal to learn. Teachers keep their lesson tools; administration keeps its reporting.

One owner for the stack

The agent is operated by the same engineering group and the same helpdesk that already run your network, cloud and classrooms. Nothing new to contract, and nobody new to chase.

How an institution joins

  1. Assessment

We review your estate — identity, data, devices and network — and agree what AI can responsibly touch, and what it cannot.

  2. Defined pilot

One department, one measurable outcome, a fixed period. You judge the result before anything is widened.

  3. Phased rollout

Extended campus by campus and funded through the same five-year programme as the rest of your technology, so it arrives as budget, not as a surprise.
